NOTICE: Due to an illness, there will be no HOA meetings for Master or Countryside for March. The Village had already announced that they will not have their meeting as well. The next Meeting for all HOA's will be on April 6th, 2024.

November 5, 2022 – Master & Countryside Code of Conduct Bylaw Changes – Residents vote YES !

Master & Countryside residents came out in droves to provide their vote for the changes presented to amend the Master & Countryside Bylaws to incorporate a Code of Conduct.  The participation was a record number approximately 30% in resident participation.  Thank YOU to our neighborhood residents!

Village HOA –The Village HOA decided at the November 5, 2022 monthly HOA meeting to draft an amendment for The Village HOA Board to vote on at the December meeting to present identical changes to The Village Bylaws to their residents to vote at a “special meeting” to be held in January 2023.
