A Community to Be Proud of

Welcome

The Tuscan Ridge Community is a close-knit community of 267 homes, just southwest of world-renowned resorts such as the Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios, Sea World and much more.  We boast a stunning Clubhouse, maintained by our Countryside HOA and our Tennis Courts maintained by The Village HOA association.  Our main entrance and our common areas are maintained by our Master Homeowners association.

Our community was built in 2001 by two builders, one developing the Countryside set of homes by Great American Homes boasting 157 home lots, and the other developing The Village set of homes by RD&C homes boasting 110 home lots.

Whether you’re visiting our website as a potential new Tuscan Ridge Community resident or are a current resident checking out the latest neighborhood news, the Tuscan Ridge HOA Board of Directors are glad you’re here.  Take your time and enjoy the neighborhood information on our interactive website.
