The Master HOA takes care of all the common areas in the Tuscan Ridge community. 

This includes maintaining our beautiful entrance with over 80 palm trees, beautiful plants & vegetation, and our fountain. 

In addition to this, our Master HOA maintains eight (8) retention ponds as well as nine (9) swales throughout the community.

We are a pet friendly community with pet station locations throughout both Countryside and The Village for the purposes of providing pet waste disposal bags.
