The Tuscan Ridge community is responsible to pay for the rental of our street light poles from Duke energy as well as the electricity used by them. Currently, the three (3) HOA’s pay their own electric pole rentals and the electricity utilized by our street lamps. They include:
- Master HOA Pole Rentals: 10 (ten) poles / 12 (twelve) lamps
- Countryside HOA Pole Rentals: 49 poles and lamps
- The Village HOA Pole Rentals: 34 poles and lamps
Did you know, the Master HOA Board requested Duke energy to clean our globes and poles, and provide a protective coating on the poles to reduce mold and dirt in support of beautifying our community. This effort was completed in 2021, and we continue to look for ways to reduce costs via LED technologies and other opportunities.
Also, each light pole has it’s own unique serial number. If you need to report an issue with one of the lights or poles in our community, click on the link here to fill out a service request form for Duke energy.
