Master
The Master By-Laws, Article 5 – Executive & Other Committees, state “the Board of Directors may, by resolution passed by a majority of the Board, create Other Committees.”
The Master Board proposed a new Committee by majority vote June 4, 2022 – our very own Communication Committee to provide support to the entire Tuscan Ridge Community, including Countryside and Village.
The Master Board also proposed a new committee at the August 6, 2022 meeting which passed unanimously by the Master HOA Board. Please welcome our volunteers to the new HOA Merge Committee.

The Village
The Village HOA currently has several committees in support of the Community. They are:
