For 2024, submissions that went to ACC, the amount of time from when the Committee received the request to the committee issuing an approval or denial:
New online system: average 3 days
Old in person meeting system: average 41 days
There can be delays from when our Property Management company gets the request to when the committee gets the request as Garrison gathers the info, but even that has improved from 11 days live meeting to 3 days online system, and removing one submission the online from Garrison to committee would be 0 days.
